Not enabled in the public demo yet because of partner/API rules. At launch we’ll offer a unified search across sources and merge duplicate listings so you see one clean record per property.
The demo supports many agent and auction URLs and other compatible pages.
Confidence depends on listing quality and local nuance. Wider ranges prompt a quick manual check.
Your edits become local baselines, so ranges tighten over time.
Today: standard assumptions are included in cash flow.
